Highly recommend, this is helping my elderly family members with energy, they say they have felt so much better since adding sea moss to their daily meals. It has a mild taste but they take it with tomato juice, or add it to ketchup, hides any flavour.

I received this item on time, and was happy to get it all in one, nothing was broken. I tried it , and it was good, I might have to add a little more sugar, but all in all it was good. I bought this for health reasons.

Soaked the sea moss for 10 hours, then washed it lots of times to get rid of rank sea smell that is normal. After that i blended and put in fridge and it came out amazing and smooth. Thanks for the sea moss guys i want to see how its gonna work.

The sea moss has an interesting texture. What we did was to put it in hot water, and took it out instantly. Then we rinsed it with cold water, added seasoning and it's ready to eat. It tastes quite delicious at least to me. I use it as a side dish. Very nice overall.

Made my own sea moss gel. Super easy and affordable this way. Thank you again and your black soap was great .

I put 2 Tbps into my smoothies in the morning and it works a treat. I see others mention it also, but my energy levels are great now.
